The Company was informed on 29th January 2009 that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies hold 2,715,362 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company representing 4.28% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Part of this holding may relate to hedging arrangements for customer transactions.
