This represents 4.15% of theordinary share capital of the Company.The Board of Northern Petroleum Plc received notification on 23 May fromDeutsche Bank AG that, Deutsche bank AG and its subsidiary companies have anotifiable interest in 2,615,654 ordinary shares of the Company.
