Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. (the "Company") Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules Today, 13 September 2007, each of Stephen Goodyear, Peter Whitehead, PatrickDardis and Roy Summers, all of whom are directors of the Company, transferred1,000 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company for no consideration. Theseshares were held by these individuals as trustee and were transferred to therelevant beneficiary. The transfers made by Peter Whitehead and Patrick Dardiswere to Torquil Sligo-Young, a fellow director of the Company.
