LONDON: 1 MAY 2013 - ECR Minerals plc advises that it received notification on 30 April 2013 from YA Global Master SPV Ltd (“YA Global”) that as of 29 April 2013, YA Global was the beneficial owner of 78,828,006 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1p (“Ordinary Shares”). This equates to 7.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, which consists of 1,118,623,551 Ordinary Shares.
