Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces that on 29 April 2025 the Company received notification that Mr M.H. and Mrs D.M. Dixon hold 22,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 10.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
