2175972 Ontario Inc., another wholly owned subsidiary of OTPPB, is disposing of 51,506,539 ordinary shares of Hammerson plc representing 7.231% of the ordinary shares in issue in Hammerson plc.

Thus, the aggregate holdings of ordinary shares in Hammerson plc held by subsidiaries of OTPPB is now reduced from 85,625,393 representing 12.022% of the ordinary shares in issue in Hammerson plc, to zero.
