The Company received notification on 26 November 2008 that on 25 November 2008 Impax Asset Management Limited held 1,512,400 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") representing 10.612% of the total issued share capital of 14,252,000 shares in issue.
