Mr. Wray is a major shareholder of Syncbeam Ltd, which holds 1,685,530 ordinaryshares in the Group. Mr Wray is also a trustee, but not a beneficiary, of ThePriory Foundation which is the beneficial owner of 147,059 ordinary shares inthe Group.
