Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 19th September 2007 that following a transaction on 17th September 2007 Deutsche Bank AG has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 26,537,222 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 4.05% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
