CEPS PLC HOLDING IN COMPANY The Board of CEPS PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a resultof an acquisition of 301,000 ordinary shares in the Company, RensburgShepphards Investment Management Limited has an interest in 301,000 ordinaryshares of the Company representing approximately 3.62 per cent. of theCompany's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 8,314,285 ordinary shares of 5p per share.
