Keller Group plc ("the Company") The Company was today notified, that Schroder Investment Management Limitedhave an interest in 7,459,713 ordinary shares in the Company which are held inportfolios on a discretionary basis for clients under investment managementagreements.Included in this figure are:232,868 shares registered or to be registered in the name of their wholly-ownedsubsidiary nominee company Schroder Nominees Limited (Schroder Nominees).2,268,016 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliatedcompany Schroder Unit Trusts Limited and registered or to be registered in thename of Chase Nominees Limited.4,958,829 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name ofSchroder Nominees.A subsidiary, Schroder Investment Management North America Ltd is managingPortfolios on a similar basis holding a further 332,069 shares.
