The Company was notified on 25 July 2008 by CA Fiduciary Services Limited as Trustee of The Timis Trust that following the disposal of 1,850,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), it has an interest in 26,427,387 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 12.49% per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
