Notification of major interest in shares
The Company announces that it was notified, on 01 February 2012, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following a disposal of shares on 30 January 2012, HSBC Bank plc no longer has a disclosable interest in the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
