URU METALS LIMITED (AIM: URU), the AIM-quoted resource company, announces that Global Hydrocarbons Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was advised on 22 April 2019 that David Subotic no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
URU has no further information in respect of any dealings by the above mentioned shareholders in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
