Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 23 January Cuillin Investments Limited disposed of 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.03% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Cuillin Investments Limited holds 5,234,200 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.64% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
