The Company received notification on 11 December 2009 from Stockinvest Limited that, following a reorganisation of holdings, Stockinvest has an interest in 171,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.35 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's issued share capital comprises 3,939,551 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with the Company holding a further 220,000 shares in treasury.
