zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") - Holdings in Company

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the ESM Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 29 March 2012 the Company was informed by Pageant Holdings Limited ("Pageant") that Pageant had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 24,030,177 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 25.00% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, Nick Furlong, a director of Pageant, acquired 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 1,052,222 ordinary shares in the Company. Accordingly, Pageant and its related parties now control 25,082,399 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 26.10% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
