Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")
Purchase by Employee Share Trust
The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the "ESOP") acquired 5,284 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 275 pence per share on 31 October 2008. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 728,898 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 3.47 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
