Notice of Interest

 

Plant Impact announces that it has received notice that City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc has acquired 3,571,428 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 December 2012, and accordingly City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc is directly interested in a total of 3,571,248 ordinary shares representing 6% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 6% of the total voting rights of the Company.

 

The Company also announces that Fitel Nominees Limited, through its UK Growth EIS Fund, also acquired 3,571,428 ordinary shares in the Company on 13 December 2012, and accordingly Fitel Nominees Limited is indirectly interested in, and its UK Growth EIS Fund is directly interested in, a total of 3,571,248 ordinary shares representing 6% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 6% of the total voting rights of the Company.
