The Company announces that it received notification on 26 November 2010 that, on the same date, Laurie Beevers sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 55p per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Beevers no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
