On 9 June 2011, the Company was notified that Weiss Asset Management LP ("Weiss") now has an interest in 10,700,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 21.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. All of this interest is held by two private investment funds of which Weiss is the investment manager. 7,490,000 shares are held in Brookdale International Partners, L.P. and 3,210,000 shares are held in Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund.
