Holding(s) in Company

The Company received notification today that the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust ('EBT') has between 3 June 2011 and 21 June 2011 acquired 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 148.85 pence per share.

The EBT has acquired these shares for the purpose of employee share schemes and other arrangements that the trustees of the EBT may choose to satisfy by shares from time to time.

Following this transaction, the EBT is interested in 13,921,094 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
