Changes to significant shareholders

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification from Ironsides Partners LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 50,790,000 shares, equivalent to 14.01 percent of the voting rights in the Company, as at 29 October 2013.
