The Company has been informed by Sasqua Fields Management LLC ("SFM") that as of 14 March 2013, SFM's shareholding in Dods is 13,795,786 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing approximately 4.06% of Dods' issued share capital. This figure of 13,795,786 ordinary shares includes those shares held by Sasqua Fields Capital Partners I, LLC, as previously reported by the Company on 5 September 2012.
