Artilium PLC20 February 2008 20 February 2008 Artilium plc ("Artilium" or the "Company") Notification of Major Interest in Shares On 19 February, the Company was notified by Mr Johan Frencken that, further to apurchase of 1 million Artilium shares affected on 15 February 2008, he and hiscompany F.N.I. Holding BV, have a total interest in 4,374,283 Artilium sharesrepresenting an interest of 7.6% of the outstanding voting rights. Thisinformation was not notified by way of Form TR1 and accordingly may beincomplete. Today, 20 February, the Company received notification from Cold InvestmentsLimited (although not in the prescribed form) that following the sale of5,770,498 shares held by Theodore Gilissen on behalf of Cold InvestmentsLimited, Cold Investments Limited has a resultant holding of 600,000 Artiliumshares. The Company notes the discrepancy between this notification and priorhistoric notifications received, and has requested clarification of themovements which give rise to the final position notified to it today.
