The Company was informed on 12 December 2008 that following a purchase of 750,000 common shares, par value US$0.59446 each ("Common Shares") by Norman M. Phipps on 10 December 2008 at a price of 7.41 pence, that the total holding of Norman M. Phipps when combined with the holdings of Phipps & Company, LLC represent an interest in 14,052,610 Common Shares, or 5.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
