NOTIFICATION OF A MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

Pursuant of Rule 17 Schedule Five of the AiM Rules, the Company has been notified on 30th June 2015 that on the same day, Mr Robert Gurner has transferred for nil consideration his entire shareholding of 8,290,066 shares representing 9.28% of the Company's issued ordinary shares to Fianchetto Limited.

Mr Robert Gurner is the sole shareholder in Fianchetto Limited and retains his full beneficial interest in the shares.
