Young & Co.'s Brewery, P.L.C. (the "Company") Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules On 18 August 2007, 160 'A' ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company werereleased by the trustee of the Ram Brewery Trust pursuant to the Company'sprofit sharing scheme. The recipient was not a director of the Company. The shares referred to above were held in trust by Ram Brewery Trustees Limited.As beneficiaries under that trust as members of the Company's profit-sharing,share option and / or pension schemes, the following directors had an interestin those shares, namely Christopher Sandland, Stephen Goodyear, TorquilSligo-Young, Peter Whitehead and Patrick Dardis.
