Notification of interest in Company
Clean Air Power Limited, the developer and provider of Dual-Fuel combustion technology for heavy duty diesel engines, announces that it was notified yesterday that as of 16 April 2012 Mr David Newlands and Mrs Monique Newlands have a combined beneficial interest in the Company of 4,000,000 shares, representing less than 3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
