Digital Classics PLC08 February 2005 Digital Classics PLC ("Digital Classics" or the "Company") Holding in Company Digital Classics received notification from Apace Group Limited (a companycontrolled by, Didier Stoessel the former Chairman of the Company) on 5 February2005 that it had sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p ("Ordinary Shares") on26 January 2005 and that it had sold a further 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 3February 2005.
