19 January 2006Notification of Share InterestSections 198-203 of the Companies Act 1985We have today received a notice dated 18th January 2006 from an official ofMorgan Stanley Securities Limited (MSSL), the extract of which is as follows:"This notification relates to the ordinary shares of the company (the "shares")and is given in fulfilment of the obligation imposed under Section 198 of theCompanies Act 1985 (The 'Act').We hereby notify you that on 16 January 2006 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited("MSSL") disposed of an interest in the shares with the result that MSSL, andthe group companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL, nolonger hold a notifiable interest in the shares in accordance with Section 198of the Companies Act 1985.MSSL is a member of the Morgan Stanley group of companies.
