Oxford Instruments plc has been notified today that BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited as trustee of the BT Pension Scheme has an interest in 4,937,428 (Indirect) Ordinary Shares of 5p each which, represents 9.997% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of Indirect voting rights is also 4,937,428.
