TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 5 December 2011 that on 30 November 2011, Deutsche Bank AG were interested in 16,450,598 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 16,450,328 (7.07%) and an indirect interest in 270 Shares of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights from 15,681,884 Shares (6.74%) advised to the Company on 2 December 2011 and the previously announced holding of 9,423,744 (4.05%) shares, announced on 28 November 2011.
