TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares
The Company received notice on 25 November 2008 from Standard Life Investments Limited in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5. An acquisition of shares on 24 November 2008 gives a total interest of 15,838,090 ordinary shares representing 12.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are effectively held is Standard Life Investments Limited.
