TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 26 October 2011 that on 24 October 2011, UBS Investment Bank, through UBS AG London Branch, were interested in 15,103,751 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 6.49% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.
This notification is in respect of an increase in a direct interest in voting rights from the previously announced holding of 12,331,567 shares, announced on 26 October 2011.
