Holdings in Company

Pursuant to DTR 5.8 Ruspetro PLC ("the Company") announces that the Company was notified on 17 February 2012 by Limolines Transport Limited ("Limolines") that, following the exercise of the over-allotment option in relation to the Company's initial public offering, Limolines' interest in 99,150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company represents 29.74 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
