On 8 November, 2007, Mr Hugh O'Neill exercised share options to acquire 737,668ordinary shares in Newcourt (representing 0.8% of the current issued sharecapital). On 8 November, 2007, Mr Hugh O'Neill also exercised warrants to acquire1,995,937 ordinary shares in Newcourt (representing 2.15% of the current issuedshare capital).
