Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 9 June 2010 that, following the making of a bankruptcy order against Mr E Ahmed, control of Mr Ahmed's assets, which included 225,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, had passed to the Official Receiver on 21 April 2009. On 22 July 2009, these assets were vested with the trustees appointed by the court (the "Trustees"), pursuant to Section 306 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The shares held on behalf of the Official Receiver by the Trustees represent 32.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
