The Company received notification today that Radmat Building Products Ltd ("Radmat") has acquired a further 248,374 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 1.39 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital. The Ordinary Shares were acquired by Radmat as follows:
