Global Petroleum Limited (the "Company")
Global Petroleum has today announced on the ASX that 400,000 ordinary shares were sold on 8 May 2009 by TM Services Limited, a company controlled jointly by Messrs Peter Blakey and Peter Taylor, on market at an average price of A$0.254 (approximately 12.8p). Messrs Taylor and Blakey's overall interests in the fully issued ordinary shares of Global Petroleum Limited are 30,597,845 (17.5 per cent.) and 29,549,718 (16.9 per cent.) respectively.
