The directors of the Company were notified on 29 September 2010 that on that date Peter S Allen purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company.
Following this transaction Peter S Allen now has a beneficial interest in 37,440 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
