HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
HOUSTON, TEXAS Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) was notified today, by Millennium Global Investments, that following its disposal on August 4, 2010 of an aggregate of 1,500,000 Caza common shares ("Shares") of no par value, Millennium Global Investments now has a holding of 9,125,000 Shares representing 7.6 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
