HOLDINGS IN COMPANY
Robinson plc (AIM: RBN, the "Company") was informed today that on 11 January 2011, Tenon (IOM) as Trustee of the Portland No. 3 Trust sold 125,000 shares, reducing its shareholding to 1,706,734 shares, or 10.52% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. The Company was also informed today that on 13 April 2011, Tenon (IOM) as Trustee of the Portland No. 3 Trust sold 200,000 shares, reducing its shareholding to 1,426,734 shares, or 8.95% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
