Frontera Resources Corporation (London Stock Exchange, AIM Market - Symbol: FRR), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company (the "Company") today announces that it received notification on 16 February 2017 regarding disposal of shares by service providers of the Company, Uniserve Ltd and Craft 06 Ltd. Following this disposal, Uniserve Ltd and Craft 06 Ltd no longer hold notifiable interest in the Company's share capital.
