The Company announces that it has today received notification from Alan Fairless that he has acquired 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices ranging from 0.427 pence per share to 0.480 pence per share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Fairless now holds 22,400,000, representing approximately 6.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
