Condor (AIM: CNR), the Central American gold exploration company, was notified on 31st March 2011 that Galloway Limited, a company which is indirectly wholly owned by the trustee of a settlement under which James Mellon has a life interest, no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.

This notification was made on 20th December 2011. However, the Company had no record of receiving the notification before this time.
