TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 2 December 2009 from Schroders Plc ("Schroder") that on 1 December 2009, Schroder had an indirect interest in 10,941,194 (4.72%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") as part of a total interest of 15,770,072 Shares (6.80%). Schroder's total interest includes 4,828,878 Shares over which Schroder does not hold voting rights.
This is a notification of indirect voting rights below the 5% threshold and follows a previous holding of 17,007,571 Shares of which 12,178,693 Shares had voting rights.
The Shares are held in portfolios managed by Schroder Investment Management Limited on a discretionary basis under investment management agreements.
