The Board of Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, has been informed that, following the purchase of 29,677 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today, Immedia Broadcasting Trustees Limited is interested in 702,374 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.83 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
