The Board of Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN) has today been informed that on 13 July 2011 Mr William Samuel Clive Richards, OBE purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.618 pence each and is now beneficially interested in 21,725,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
