This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17 of both the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the ESM Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange.

On 12 July 2010 the Company was informed by Pageant Holdings Limited ("Pageant") that, on 6 July 2010, Pageant had acquired a total of 1,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and that, following this acquisition, it is now the beneficial owner of 11,058,892 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 11.62% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
